The Food Bank of Northwest Indiana’s Mobile Market is available to all Northwest Indiana residents in need of food assistance. Each Market will provide FREE grains, fruits, vegetables and protein to individuals and families. Mobile Market travels to a different community each week, distributing healthy food to communities across the Region. Often, the Food Bank partners with community organizations to supply additional services and resources.
Free Thanksgiving meals are given to registered families.

The Women’s Care Center program provides free and confidential counseling, support, and education to women facing unplanned pregnancies, offering support to women from pregnancy until their child is school age. The center located in Hammond helps women feel that they are not alone. They provide free pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, parenting classes, prenatal education, prenatal vitamins, and a goal setting program. Baby clothing, cribs, and supplies are also provided through the Crib Club Closet.
